We founded Club 304 out of a deep love for real food, for food that is fresh, healthy, and authentic. We only use real ingredients here at Club 304. Farm fresh eggs, organic tomatoes, fresh water fish, and free-range beef. We strive to make each and every dish a wholesome expression of our love for food, life, and living. 

The Club 304  was born in 2017 as a part of Pudge's Bar  in Hudson, Wi.   (HISTORY OF PUDGES HERE) Purchased in 1992 by Michael Murphy from Pudge;  Over the past two decades, Pudges has blossomed into a thriving  bar with indoor and outdoor seating, room for families, parties and even crowds. (Yes, we do catering...just ask us!) 

Club 304

All of the ingredients we use here at Club 304  are just that: local. We stock our restaurant kitchen in much the same way that we stock our home kitchen, with daily deliveries of fresh ingredients that we select ourselves, at market each morning. 

In addition to our menu items, we also offer daily specials inspired by seasonal ingredients, the weather and how we are feeling. We are always on the lookout for new sources of ideas and inspiration, so when we travel the world (which we admit, we do often) we bring back our favorite flavors and culinary discoveries.
